Thoughts and prayers to Rick and Jan and family. Ruth was a special lady and I enjoyed visiting in her home many times. She was a tough lady that we knew growing up we could get nothing past her.   Ruth was a Great cook and  loved to play cards if you came by. God has gained another wonderful person.

I remember the first time Butch took me to Ruth & Dick's farm home to introduce me to the family when we were dating.  What a beautiful lady Ruth was, so welcoming with a tray of delicious pastries & hot tea.
Special thoughts and heartfelt prayers are being sent Ruth\'s family.  May your many wonderful memories of Ruth give you comfort.

Dear Jan, I was so sorry to hear about our little Ruth. I loved her so much and I felt the love from her. I will miss seeing her at Barb's salon. She was a shining example of growing old gracefully. And, you Jan, were such a wonderful daughter. You took such good care of her. I know it was a big sacrifice. I know from experience. I'm sure you would do it again. I pray your family appreciates you for all you did for Ruth. I'm praying for comfort for you and your family. Love you!
